Ocean, Art & Adventure have always been a part of the Parlette Family.

Casey grew up exploring the outdoors and rowing his boat up and down the coast to find the best diving spots. After graduating UCLA he went on a year long adventure to the Amazon where he found 2 species of fish- one of which was the rivulus parlettei. Casey became a full time lifeguard with the City of Laguna Beach where he worked for over 20 years. Casey was also a talented sculptor, showing his wood and metal sculpture work at the Festival of the Arts show in Laguna Beach.

Casey and Gina met while lifeguarding in Laguna. They shared a love for the ocean and each other, eventually getting married and having a son named Brooks. Brooks is 2 years old and loves everything about the beach and the outdoors.
